Sam was born and raised in Omaha, NE, and received her real estate license in January 2025. In December 2024, she graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in real estate and land use economics. Samantha believes in hard work, dedication, and service to impact those around her. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
